What information do I need?
Depending on your choice of occupation and your educational goal, if you have not already done so, you'll need to take some more steps to turn your plans for the future into reality. Ask yourself these questions;
- Does my occupation require further education?
- If so, what are the sources of that education?
- How long does it take?
- What does it cost?
- Does my choice require any other sort of credentials, such as certification or licensing?
- If so, where do I go to apply it and what steps must I go through to receive it?
- Should I try to get work experience or an internship related to my career and occupational goals?
- Where do such opportunities exist and how do I take advantage of them?
- Is my information accurate, complete and up-to-date?
- How can I check this?
