Description: |

Based on a student survey, this study finds that students who participate in work-based learning activities in high school do as well or better in four year postsecondary institutions than those who do not. The study also found that nearly 3/4 of the students surveyed believed they learned better through hands-on projects. The authors recommend encouraging students in work-based learning to attend four year postsecondary institutions, as they are likely to succeed there. |
