Title: The Talent Development High School Model

Initial evaluation of the Talent Development High School model. Schools in the evaluation started implementing the model by organizing incoming freshmen into smaller learning communities. The evaluation found that for first-time freshmen, the model produced substantial gains in academic course credits and promotion rates, and modest improvements in attendance.
