Date: 2005
Publisher:
American Youth Policy Forum
Description:
Report that examined a number of high school reform models to uncover the factors most helpful in getting low-income and minority youth to and through college. The authors identify four factors that are most commonly associated with postsecondary success for low-income and minority youth: (1) access to a rigorous academic curriculum for all students; (2) personalized learning environments; (3) academic and social supports; and (4) aligned curriculum from K-16.
