Following the requirements of Perkins Section 118, the New Hampshire Career Resource Network (NHCRN) is a provider of career development resources. New Hampshire disseminates information about education, jobs, occupations, and careers. The CRN also provides the tools for using this information in career and educational planning to all who may benefit from it. |
|
New Hampshire’s economy has strong seasonal influences. Major industries include forestry and wood products, textiles, electronics, software and tourism. The service sector has led job growth in recent years, particularly business and health services. The state is expected to have stronger economic growth than the region or the nation, led by electronics, health services, engineering and management services.
The January 2006 unemployment rate was 3.3%, as compared to 3.4% in April 2005. |
